@wyntergrace1234 Hey, I actually use the gymnastic suspension rings that I bought for like 20 bucks. And also, I use bodylastics at home, which is a lot cheaper than having to buy $200 on ropes. Don't get me wrong, I very much recommend suspension training, but looking at the price, is $200 really worth paying when you can make something similar at $180 less? Just my two cents. I'm not bashing at the company, only the price.
