Yes; this is sung by George.  Lennon wrote the song. Check out Beatles Bible (you can figure out the Web address if you Google it). Lot of good information. Most of us can now tell by the voice alone, but it's worth clarifying this (and other questions) if you aren't sure.

I went on a Fab Four Taxi Tour of Liverpool (which I highly recommend, btw.) and the tour guide man said this was sung as a joke to Brian Epstine, and John would wink at Brian before singing this song as a kinda reminder that he knew that he was gay and no-one else really did.
