@spunkets She's great and it is live. The la, la interlude proves it. She is a great performer, with a great voice style and even the off key la, la's fit the message of the song.
If you people really think this is a live recording its not surprising you'd think this is good music. You obviously know nothing about the dynamics of recording sound, i.e., the utter lack of room ambience in the background.
But since you insist on being so goddamned stupid maybe you'd be interested in investing in my flying reindeer farm.
@spunkets And you know soooo much. Look at the comments from people who claim they were there. I think you are outvoted and your "knowledge" doesn't trump a live witness. But go ahead and boil your bottom over it. Doesn't mean much to me.
People like you always go along with the majority b/c you're afraid to make decisions on your own. You'd even deny the reality right in front of your face. That makes you a sheep.
The emperor is naked. Google it, if you can type with your hooves.
@spunkets You're do so well here. I may burn out on vintage mx machines on my property, but I'm also a retired doctor who volunteered for 14 yrs at rock concerts. Way over your bitter head, sonny.
People who find entertainment in burning rubber in their driveway, as if it were some profound social statement, ought to at least stop breeding with their sister's children.
I'm afraid nothing can be done for your level of brutish ignorance. However, having said that, perhaps one of your "cousins" will take pity upon you, and bash your head in with a claw hammer.
@spunkets You sound just like the sort of people I used to help hold down or council down from bad trips at concerts. Way too involved with your own definitions of hip and your hip trip. Most likely you are projecting your own distraught state of genetic disorders.
@spunkets No. I'm a philosophical atheist and can debate down any Christian on the history and misdeeds of the Church from the 1st century to the present. Good shot.
at first I thought this looked recent until I saw that they didn't invent dental whitening yet. just kidding.. lene lovich is one of those I have forgotten about over the years.
Love Lene & this is my favorite track from her! Used to play this when I was a rebelious teenager in the 80s...this sounds just like the record to me except for the la la la part in the middle..great footage regardless though....i dont want to go back...i don't want to go back anymore....I know what yo mean Lene lol
But this isn't really live. It sounds as she overdubbed her own voice on the original studio track making it a double voiced track. And she sang the chorus "La La La-La-La, ecc." where there was no vocals originally. Like it used to do in concert. An oddity.
loved it then, and i still luv it today. she did a show at some new jersey place, and she was out there. but then, so were we. joey (arias) was in love with her.
