People I hate to burst your bubble but this is a four cyl engine not a v8 these starters are built like steel they will last but if one should break the festiva starters are about $45-$55 on ebay...

to fix it follow these steps:

1)buy a real car

2)dont burn out the starter

sounds like the gas is not getting into the egine and createing a spark and there for not starting

Hey Questionssm, I've never sold a festiva starter because they don't die.... ever. I sell festiva parts on ebay. I've owned 15 festivas and have never had a starter go out.
