To quote the driver in a later ad: "If I had gone slower, she would've had just a broken leg or something, i don't know". The speed didn't cause the accident, but it did greaten the effects.

The tagline "wipe off 5" is flawed. If someone travalled @ 60 and took off 5 to 55, then they'd still be breaking the law. I know it may sound obvious but there are some real retards out there haha.
Note the stop sign, she did not have the right of way. The driver had no stop sign, it's no accident, it's the girl's fault.
