cayenne is excellent for your heart, jalapeno is an anti-cancer agent, especially for prostrate, I'm sure it works on other cancer cells similiarly but I would google that for more info! Take care!

Hi Sam great vid. One suggestion. how about mixing with greens. I mix my carrot juice with spinach and kale. what i do is take the carrot juice out in my omega 8005 and mix it with greens in my vita mix blender.I get my baby organic spinach from costco. They also carry organic spring mix which is great.

I myself am definitely feeling better with following Cousen's Rainbow Green diet: no carrots, no banannas, no corn, no soy products (braggs inclused)
