I don't understand how samsung phones are still popular. every customer review that i read talks about how samsung phones freeze, lock up or randomly shut down. That's a shame because on the outside most of their phones look like quality. Then, later down the line, the user finds that the phone is glitchy. I had a samsung seek. When I noticed how cheaply made it was, I took it back.
