Yellow jackets on the other hand if you disturb them, they arent hard to bother often all it takes is a vibration or especially if you get stung, or crush one under your boot, that sends a signal back to the nest for all 30,000 - 200,000 or more to attack you, and yes, they can sting again and again.
dont fool with them, dont step on them, just call a bugman.
bees arent the problem dude. These are not bees but a very very agressive wasp that live in the tens or even hundreds of thousands.
A bees nest usually goes from about 60-400 bees and they generally wont attack you unless you poke their nest or bug them by mowing the yard if they are underground bees. Ill tell you what the main thing around my house that gets the bees going is my dogs digging them up.
and even then the bees wont chase them far. and, a bee can only sting once.
