nice work, although i noticed that the vertocal stripes of your camera are not going over the rocket ;)... i know u cant help it so still my thumbs up
there's no watter on the ground.. these lines r because of some lens problems of cheap cameras, it looks like some kind of a vertical glow (u'll know what i mean if u use after effects) and this happens on hot spots in the image (area's with highlight)
@Bilico061079 yes I can see from the title that this video is a camera tracking test. However that is irrelevant. Camera tracking has an ultimate application of augmented reality .. which strive to give a plausible result. I still think its a nice video and i voted like. Either learn to take criticism as constructive feedback or avoid posting videos.
@scientiavictoria And without even knowing the object shown, how do you know how the mass is distributed? What if the back is just much heavier, putting the center of the mass further back?
i don't think this effect was done on purpose, some cheap cameras (like for example mobile phone cameras) do these effects because of the cheap sensor/lens...etc
Molto bello complimenti!! Io mi sto cimentando ora con SynthEyes, tu per imparare hai usato qualche tutorial? se si, ce ne sono in italiano? Grazie per la tua cortesia e disponibilità :)
Very smooth! Question: How do you make your 3D objects stabilize? When I compile both exports from Sytheyes and C4D and assemble them the matchmove doesn't work well, the objects tend to slide off the ground (my trackers have only 0.256 hpxi errors after being solved). Any clue on how I could improve that? Thanks alot.
What you can do is rotate the camera and the points to the rotation you started the filming. If that doesn't work, you can move your objects permanently up and down the y axis. The main problem with sliding is that objects go beneath the virtual floor, so it would appear that they're underground, but since there is no solid ground, they slide.
hey does anybody here know why when i try and start cinema 4d it gives me a little box that says ok, when i click it it doesnt do anything, doesnt load cinema 4d
Great job. Only one thing if you're going on for full realness. I can see the reflections of the buildings but no reflections of the missile from the ground. Keep up the good work :)

@Bilico061079 Hey, The pole at 0:02 is not a real one. Right?
Tutovillage 5 months ago
@scientiavictoria missiles are usually heavier on the back due to the rocket boosters and fuel being there ;) and its a test

nice but floor is way too reflective
daleeps 9 months ago
@daleeps
the floor is not reflective... that effect u see is because of highlights in the image glowing vertically

how to creathe the shadow to the object?
quikzinho 2 years ago
when u create a light go down to the obtions and click on the button that say's shadow and then click on the shadow (soft) one
cradal4e 2 years ago
to create shadow on the floor from the object, create a 3d-plane below the object.
to create shadows on the object itself, create a light source in the 3d scene.
