Yes, it uses paper rolls. Each one is from about 4 1/2 minutes to about 7 minutes, with 3 to 5 songs each. There are hundreds of rolls available, but it is hard to know which you might like.

I'm an arrangeur for music for these machines and can create an adaptation of any given tune for these instruments (this includes Rap, Heavy Metal and other oddities)
