The game is still Hitman in its entirety. The series has always been about giving you as many different ways as possible to complete the objective, now they've just made brute force more playable, without detracting from the silent assassin methods. No need to insult what is a very logical (and optional) step in the development of the game.

Live in London know exactly what the police look like and the forces Uniform is not like what the npc's are wearing, The only part that is like it is the rim of the hats.and that pattern on the rim is used across many police forces across the English speaking world and that is mainly worn by the "Special constable" fake ass police in training.

Just like in the older games, until you got the right disguise you wouldn't wander about the restricted area dressed any way you like, you'd sneak about, find a guard on his own, take him out and dress in his gear, then dispose of his body. I'd assume the same happens here. At least, I hope it does.
