  • Being a martial artist i can see why Zen teachings really go hand and hand with it. Zen teachings can keep emotions in check which is great! thank you for uploading

  • Well said. I know the quote I posted to essentially mean do not be ruled by emotions, and you remind me that "happiness" (of the ungrounded, grasping kind) is included.
