LOCV annoys the hell out of me. This guy sounds like you could pull the string on his back and make him talk.
Did you film this here? How could he have not known about BP dumping in Lake Michigan? Does someone wrap him up carefully and put him back in his box when their done displaying him in public?

Holy cow, how could the DEPUTY DIRECTOR not know about BP dumping in Lake Michigan?
It's like when they deploy their cash canvassers into areas that are in the middle of contentious elections. They claimed they didn't know about it.
