I am sorry but Tango is doing it much easier it search your contacts by their phone number and not by adding their emails and it does not require to register to have an id .. Tango and Viber are the winners without a doubt over Skype I give ooVoo credits only for making the service free.

This is the most obnoxious app,it doesn't stop popping up/syncing.There is no way to close it or kill it,stays on the notification bar forever.Dell Streak 5.

Oovoo just needs to get their support up. Then the phones that do have support lose it after an update. They need a better solution. Nexus S is supported but not the Nexus S 4G. I understand the radios are different but....it's just silly.
