Dr Robert True and was impressed with his knowledge and advancements in the field since punch grafts in the early 90's. I had punch grafts and they were successful . I'm not, because i didn't think any products worked. I wear a cheap rug with a hat all the time and i'm sick of wearing it. Can you help me or give me some advice? And i'm in my mid 40's , I'm not completely bald in any spot, it's very thin fly away hair but very sparse. The back of my head has a great deal of hair. It's the middle and frontal regions.
