NO! Tarja is crap without Nightwish. I love and support her, but if she doesnt stop trying to be celine dion with all that sappy crap.....I'll have to stop supporting her. She says shes got that message and has been doing more rock style which is good. She needs to be in a band and stop trying to be the solo diva. Barbera Striesand shes not either. All the other metal fems are in bands: Annette Olzon, Ailyn, Liv Kristen, Charlotte Wessels, and Sharon Adel all are in bands.Pride goes before fall.

Unfortunately I do agree with you in many points. Well I wouldnt call all of her music crap. And I really dont think she's a diva if I see how she treats fans, she seems so sweet. I really miss her in Nightwish, tuomas really wrote the best music for her voice. She was so amazing, her voice was epic and magical.

I really really really miss it :( But Nightwish is still amazing...after all. All because of Tuomas, and the other 3 men are still standing.

@Masherin I featured a HOLIDAY FEM playlist on my TOTALLY FEM METAL CHANNEL and there are several Tarja Christmas selections there.They may make your heart stop. She has that effect. But as a person she is somewhat withdrawn and moody.She works hard and travels ALWAYS and those things take a serious toll.She actually was planning an indefinate separation from music until Liv Kristen asked about doing a joint tour this spring.They are long time friends.Fem Channel is linked at subscribed to list.

@Masherin Its because she keeps drifting off into celine dion style instead of sticking with metal. I mean NW has gone all experimental too but at least they are still basically symphonic metal. As far as the Tarja/Liv thing do this:YT search; Tarja Liv interveiw.There are 2 main hits 1 from each official site and are both the same & 9:25 long.I would like to know if Liv will be solo or with Leaves Eyes.I met them 2 years ago and Liv is a peach.LE is a great act to see live as is EPICA & DELAIN.

Indeed...her voice just doesnt suit that style. I saw that interview, nicee. I dont think Liv's going solo...

Tarja has got a duet with Doro pesch, different style...she should find an amazing song and music writer...like Tuomas. He really wrote the best stuff for her voice.

Epica & Delain are good indeed.

Im not sure if u can call every number of the new album of Nightwish symphonic metal.
