Is this cocoa or something like Nestle's Quick? If you use unsweetened cocoa and flour, what do you use for your sweetener?

It is too dark to drink straight. I use Nutella as sweetener.

That giant chunk of nutella that was added in the first video is plenty of sweet. Though I imagine this isn't nearly as sweet as popular kids chocolate drinks.
