Size of a machine is only relative to what you're used to running... for someone who runs a mini excavator a backhoe is huge... I run a 980G loader which isnt all that big but makes backhoes look small. But my loader looks small compared to a lot as well. The larger the machine the slower it seems to go but most the time... its better for most "operators" to be kept slow any how.

i just started running this 330 3 weeks ago im used to 320 sand 315s at first i didnt like it because of the bigger bucket ,long stick, once i started getting use to it ive found itll out work the smaller machinsnow i love it :)

So you and your 330 with a 3.34CY bucket (standard equipment) can sling more dirt than a 5110 with a 9.9CY bucket (standard)!?!? Just in case you don't know, that would fill an ADT in 1 and a half cycles. So assuming that you're swinging at the max cyclic rate of 10RPM (impossible when moving dirt) you would move 33.4CY per min. If the the 5110 runs at 40% of your speed (likely), he will move 39.6CY. So it's safe to say that you can't do more work than a machine 2.96 times bigger than yours
