Yes Chels. That would get you good results as well. Although doing repetitions of the exercise will allow you more muscle activation (because the move is repeated). For more muscle growth I recommend repeating it. If you want more muscle conditioning then add the workouts together.

Thanks. This Kettlebell was 15lbs. Use a weight that allows you to feel your abdominals contract.
