Thanks I just try to get my kids and their friends into wrestling fun and good xercise...these videos are 2 years old and I don't have any adults that will wrestle me wish I did now its 2 years later and ive put on 30 ibs of muscle I can shoulder press 250 ibs it would be intresting...
