Is it true that Jack Ruby said he would talk openly to the Warren Commission if they got him out of the Texas prison (which they could have done) and transferred him to a prison in Washington D.C. so he could stop fearing for his life and be able to tell the WC info? And is it also true that the WC ignored his pleas and thus received no help from him?
Yes. It's true. You can also search for a video on youtube where Ruby is lead by a news camera and he shouts at the camera that LBJ is the man behind it all.
Ruby directly asked Justice Warren to be moved to Washington to testify. He said that his life was in danger in Dallas. His request was noted and then rejected.
One thing for sure. No one holds onto the exit wound when shot. e.g. kennedy grabbing his throat. no way it was an exit wound. The sensation is immediately felt at the entrance site. If it was from behind him he would have been squirming to bend backwards and cover the wound. Ppl. in the back and bullet exits ...he is going to grab his back...and so on and so forth.
The epileptic did not vanish.Jerry Belknap, an epileptic who had suffered seizures since childhood. He was located by the FBI on May 26, 1964, and to prove his identity, he produced his receipt for the $12.50 he paid for his ambulance ride to Parkland Hospital. He explained that he had left Parkland without registering because he felt better after being given a glass of water and an aspirin.
I'll tell you this guys, I've ran a mile in 4:50 and use to be able to do the 100 in 11 seconds flat, and there's no way I could go down four flights of stairs in 42 seconds and be calm and drinking a coke. The Warren report is pure fantasy boys, a gross mockery.
I actually read the book crossfire and the author actually claims it was texas oil millionares who killed Kennedy. The theories in the film,(and obviously the storyline) come mainly from Jim Garrisons book.
All you who think Oswald did it alone need to read a book by author Jim Marrs called "Crossfire" as it was the main basis for this film, THEN make judgements.
the Secret Service was invovled for sure. The limo driver slowed down and looked back to make sure he was hit. The SS man who ran and jumped on the car was disobeying orders from Emory Roberts to stay away. And if that guy could run up to the car it had to be going under 15mph for him to be able to do that.
I feel sorry for you, I really do. If Oswald wasn't the shooter how do you explain the fact that he was the only worker missing from the Book Depository building just moments after the shooting. If Oswald was innocent why then when he was arrested at the theater would he jump up out of his seat and yell "This is it!" before punching one of the arresting officers. Conspiracy Theories are the products of wild imagination and not on facts.
Stone isn't the only one who thinks that SOME INDIVIDUALS from the groups were involved in the assassination (except the DMV, I guess that was an attempt at being cute on your part). Some of those involved from these groups were involved after the fact with a cover-up, not with the actual planning and carrying out of the assassination.
Actually in the film Oswald is shown meeting with people who were involved. He is speculated to either have known about and possibly told to take part in the assassination or to inform on the people who were involved. It seems like critics of the film have never really watched it very carefully.
Oswald was shown to be involved, but Stone's portrayal of him was very sypathetic, and sometimes very inaccurate. At every turn Oswald was shown to be a naive patsy at the mercy of people and events he couldn't control.
I dont agree with stone about the mafia,it is a fact that the CIA and mafia worked together. James FIles who claims to be the grassy knoll shooter was a mafia hitman and named rosselli and nicoletti as shooters in the dal tex building.
In Stone's movie he has Garrison saying,"I don't doubt their [the Mob's] involvement...but at a lower level." That's what Garrison believed and that's what Stone believes. It's ridiculous to think that the Mob alone pulled off the assassination. I also find it hard to believe Files' wild story about gangsters acting as snipers, shooting from roof tops.
i belive this movie ia very illuminateing but still its a theroy, we still need to examin all the evidence from all the angles offerd to us. I dont know if this is truth, or fiction but i will say its illumenateing and because of it i too will examin all evidence from all the possibbble angles
I thought JFK was a great drama but I think Oliver Stones twisted a lot of the facts for dramatization purposes and to fit a conspiracy. Read the books "False Witness: The Real Story of Jim Garrison's Investigation and Oliver Stone's Film JFK" and "Reclaiming History: The Assassination of JFK". Both books attack Oliver Stone and this movie very convincingly.
Stone is an awesome muvie director since midnight express through U turn. What I am saying is dont think this is a documentary. Thats why he made a movie. A movie is exciting and a cliffhanger. Real life is not sexy. It hurts and destroys life and they answer is dry
I agree that people shouldn't view this like they would a documentary. Stone himself has said repeatedly that it's not and shouldn't be taken that way. The bad thing is that now a days in high school history classes teachers show movies and present them as fact. This movie is flawed but I think about 85% to 90% of it is accurate. People shouldn't throw the baby out with the bath water though.
99% of this movie is a lie. I agree that you should never think that a movie is a documentary. However Stone is lying about 99%
of whats in the movie. What really boothers me is that STONE WANTS THIS MOVE TO REPACE THE FINDINGS OF THE WARREN COMMITION WHICH IS THE FAVE WIPPING BOY OF THE CT.tHE DIFFERENCE IS THE wc checks out with all the Theories have been debunked. Thanks for your response.
Costner's character says, "let's just for a moment speculate shall we". This establishes that what follows is SPECULATION. Stone says in the commentary "I don't know". This scenario isn't completely from him, this has been the speculation of other researchers that it could have happened this way.
I'm going to let this be posted to make an example out of you. For now on these types of asinine comments won't be allowed on my channel. If you have a point and want to argue it like an adult then I'm interested. Otherwise, save your insults for others like you who don't like to put much thought in their comments and instead hurl petty insults. Grow up.
These we're some professional rifleman.

Mark Lane's "Rush to Judgement" is a great source of evidence.

There is no credible evidence that Oswald fired any shots or was even on the 6th floor. He was just the fall guy like he said himself.

Jack Ruby was Mafia/FBI informant for nixon so that alone involves the Mafia on some level.

Who is saying the Mafia wasn't involved?

Oliver Stone said he doesnt think they alone did it

And Oliver Stone, Jim Garrison and I agree with you. That's what I typed before this comment.
