this company is illegally selling my home. Never been in default yet they can decide to sell my house even with a cease and desist order from the banks lawyers. People have come to my home to see inside and they even photograph my home with me in the driveway. The listing on their site even has me in it. They have alot of complaints online and this company should be shut down !
REDC SOLD ME A 1800 sq ft HOUSE 6 months after it had been destroyed I have to this date not been refunded all the money that I lost on this scam sale. They tried to get me to sign paperwork to back out of the sale that would have cost me thousands of dollars I refused to sign the paperwork. REDC claimed they or the Bank of America did not know . I have the letter where the bank was informed, by the city. BUYER BEWARE
mmurray997 Just to be clear - I do mention that the seller has an undisclosed reserve price. There are often continuing negotiations after the auction ends. But lots of homes are sold through this medium. Do I think it's the best way to buy a home? Absolutely not. I think your best bet is your local MLS. That way you see all the inventory. I was skeptical myself, but these auctions are legit. Let's face it, there are loopholes in just about every deal here in Phoenix these days. Nothing is easy
This woman is attempting a sell job without emphasizing that the owners can reject the winning auction bid (she casually mentions the owners have up to 15 days to reject the bid). This amounts to a glorified short sale whereby the owners can re-list or even shop for a better offer for a two week period after a buyer thinks he's won). Google "complaints auction.com" and you'll find people that even though they won the auction still lost the property due to this sizable loop hole.
Thanks for the info. REDC is a good source for retail buyers, but not investors. They typically have a reserve price that is set at 80-85% of retail which allows a reatil buyer to go in and fix the house up and save a little bit.

This sounds like an ad for the auction. Do you work for auction.com?
