That park is ok BUT when i went on friday 20th august with my wife kids and family it was so dilapidated all there on site rides were either packed up rusting away or in need of tlc the log fume was drained left for the sea air to erode away there was no shops arcades just two mobile take aways 2 out of 10

i remember when i used to spend ages here, havent been for a few years apart from the beach. at least its opened again now :D i might be going next saturday :D cant believe they got rid of Evolution, i was actually gonna go on it this year D:

In recent years the park has gone into decline from what is seen on this video, however for this season, Studts funfairs is taking over the park and bringing brand new attractions to the park for 'reduced price tickets' according to the adverts! I went to barry, it has gotten a bit old and crooked now, i went on the waltzers and rollercoaster, it freaked me out, my little cuz screamed on em, i think the song is called you keep me spinging around.

Brought back happy memories for me, I spent so many hours at Barry Island when i was growing up. I remember the Log Flume being built and the old whacky Goldmine, we used to get out inside it and jump onto the next car!!! I live in Greece now, it's good to know that the Pleasure Park is still going.
