Jedi have super speed. Watch in Episode 1 where obi and Qui Gon run form the destroyer droids at the beginning of the film. They used FX to increase the actor's speed.

master windu could do force crush and force grip. he also was the only jedi that mastered vapaad without turning to the dark side. Plo Koon used lightning (Emerald Lightning) without using it for evil its about how u use it not what it is.

Thanks for the feedback! Not a big fan of the ryan dorkman film. I don't like star wars stuff (like lightsabers) showing up in films that have nothing to do with Star Wars. Their film was well shot, but it's hard for me to understand why they would go to all the trouble of creating an interesting lightsaber battle without any story or Star Wars in it.
Who won? Well, in "A New Hope" it's pretty clear the Jedi have been vanquished. This short film is supposed to take place between Sith an Hope. So, the empire wins. You just don't get to see it on screen.

Yep, car alarm and the Naboo graphic was a picture of the earth. I made this about 7 years ago, before I had the capability to do more. I did what I could with the tools I had. It's the script that's really, really bad. That doesn't take technology, just some good writing, which doesn't appear anywhere here. I'm trying my had at a Star Wars fan film again. It's called Purge. Should be up on my channel in the coming weeks. I'd love to get your opinion.
This is actually pretty good- although the ending was a bit lacking. And the script is a bit corny, but that's definitely in keeping with the real movies... ^_^
This was made a long, long time ago. I used a program called AlamDV and Final cut Pro 1.2. These programs are way, way obscelete. My current computer wouldn't know what to do with them. This was made in 2000.
Yeah, force-chokes are sith, but Luke did it to those pig things in Jedi. Yeah, I know. Acting sucks and all. Duel of Fate was originally intended to be a special effects experiment and it just kept getting longer and longer.

a few things wrong i think with your film:
1. Jedi do NOT use force choke and do NOT deflect blaster bolts with there bare hands......
2. Darth Slayer !! ?? come on guys surely you could come up with a better name.....
3. The acting was terrable and whats with the jedi running from like 3 storm troopers ......
3. Jedi Master Plo Koon is a member of the Kel Dor race not a human.........
i think that the film is worth a 4/10 you took the time to create it but it still needs work.

Nice. Acting wasn't that bad. Pretty good actually. Yoda's voice sounds cool. But funny.
Not the best special effects. But who cares?

Yep, car alarm and the Naboo graphic was a picture of the earth. I made this about 7 years ago, before I had the capability to do more. I did what I could with the tools I had. It's the script that's really, really bad. That doesn't take technology, just some good writing, which doesn't appear anywhere here. I'm trying my had at a Star Wars fan film again. It's called Purge. Should be up on my channel in the coming weeks. I'd love to get your opinion.

This is actually pretty good- although the ending was a bit lacking. And the script is a bit corny, but that's definitely in keeping with the real movies... ^_^

This was made a long, long time ago. I used a program called AlamDV and Final cut Pro 1.2. These programs are way, way obscelete. My current computer wouldn't know what to do with them. This was made in 2000.

Still, nice effects. Acting was pretty poor. Writing could have used some work.

Yeah, force-chokes are sith, but Luke did it to those pig things in Jedi. Yeah, I know. Acting sucks and all. Duel of Fate was originally intended to be a special effects experiment and it just kept getting longer and longer.
