If you keep on cleaning THEIR shit - what they are RESPONSIBLE for - they will keep on doing it. So, as a MANAGER (and not a maid) I suggest you TALK with them (no notes, be direct) because that is what a manager does
Of course, if you are the kitchen manager, it is up to you to manage it. If somebody else would be the manager, it would be his duty to clean it. So no excuses, breathe and do what you have to do.
