  • Thanks very much. Very informative.

  • There is no music or sound, just your voice?

  • @ NHDrummer93 hahahahahahaha, LOL;

  • STOP MAKING THAT THIH! SOUND.

  • Five plus two is SIX?!

  • i did all the stuff you said to and nyquist didn't show up in my generate options after I restarted audacity? wtf

  • mine says nyquist returned too many audio channels...please help

  • @nickmissin I had the same problem and since this fucking pussy won't answer anyone's questions, I'll answer you. You are forgeting the part from 2:26.. (Project->New Stereo Track)

  • @nickmissin You need to put full stops between the numbers, e.g. 182. 5. 5 and so on...

  • >5+2=6

    ...wut

  • This tutorial is incorrect

  • I couldnt hear music just your voice

  • fart at 0:47

  • Comment removed

  • There is free software called SBAGEN which allows you to generate your own programmes of binaural beats quite easily. Check it out.

  • dude, 5+2=7, not 6. Use the calculator dude...

  • am i the only one who didnt here anything?

  • Great! Thanks!

  • for some reason it says nyquist did not return audio, think you could give me some advice?

  • hey man - is youtube mono? i am not sure! let me know.

  • @TheAlphaControl no it may be your headphones search left right soundtest

  • nice tutorial man.BTW,there's a winamp plugin that does that thing too,but i'm not sure if it's customizable or if it has just a default setting,i used to have it when i was using windows and it made my music sound "trippier".

anywhoo, the name of the plugin is 4FrontOSS3D i think...

    regards

  • your how to here is wrong you don't need a calculator. The left-channel tone is a constant, but the right-channel tone is a variable. The right channel is equal to the left channel plus the variable. (i.e., if you wanted a 5 hz frequency, you'd put 100 in the left channel and 5 in the right channel, rather than 95 in the right)

The default settings are a perfect example...

  • Uhm.. I get this thing where is says "Nyquist sendt back to much soundwaves" ?

    Helpz?

  • shut up with ur annoying gay ass voice

  • Hi, pretty cool video, really.

But you see, I was wandering: you say one must input (in the plug-in) the difference between the original beat and the frequency one want - say: 200 for the left channel, I want relax, that would be something between 14 and 7 - I go with 10, I would input 190 - but the title of the box is: Right channel beat frequency, that means, I have to input 10, not 190. Did I miss anything?

  • @ChicoPiranha The beat frequency is the difference between the frequency in the right and left. So if you want the beat to be 10hz, then put 200 in the left and 190 in the right, or vice versa.

  • Chinga tu madre

  • you are so young to know about this stuff

  • i dont even hear anything. there's no noise

  • Fine Job, Thanks.

  • Gr8 Job, you rule!!!!!!!!

  • Can't hear any music or binaural beats!

  • Sooo bad explained. Say what are you written!? Is there a dot or not? Or upload it in 1080p. I must see every small pixel.

  • good job man, interesting stuff.

  • boring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Produce The Hottest Royalty Free Beats Here:

    myapps43.nebula3.hop.clickbank(DOT)net

  • Thanks alot man

  • Great video. Very helpful!! I can actually use this!

  • cool video bro,

can you link me a website where i can find an archive / list of what different frequencies do?

    cheers!

  • i didn't hear shit?? lmao

  • btw, great video, thanks so much!

  • Hi, why does it give me a buzzing noise? is that the binaural beat? however when I start with 100 and then substract I don't get the unpleasant buzzing noise

  • keep it in wav format, dont convert it to mp3,

    becuase the huge quality loss

    /10mega wave file is

    1mega compressed

    mp3 "about"/,

and by doing this you might loose a fraction of the audio information during converting, and then its working totally WRONG

    no music is presented,

but it crystal clear how to make it :D

    nice video young one! :D

  • Grt short tutorial. I was surfing for a simple application to make these... What a Win!

  • When I try to generate it it says "nyquist did not return audio' what does that mean?

  • Try creating a new stereo track first.

  • what does binaural mean? im a beginner audacity user and i hav no idea what to do :'(

  • I thought he did a nice job with it. He gave us all the important information, like what application to get and plug-ins to use, all free stuff. Showed us how to install the plug-in. I appreciate the effort. Saved me a lot of time.

    Thank You

    bfob

  • dude the total is 20 not 18.

  • You could post here, the numbers and in which gap, you put them? Because I can not see ... Sorry

  • I can't hear the beats or the music. What's that about???

  • This is great ! Do you know how to imbed affirmations at a subaudible level ?

  • 5+2=7, not 6. I know. math is hard.

  • lol im not hating just thought it was funny. It is still a good tutorial no doubt

  • So sad when someone is giving good content for free, that someone feels need to be offensiv to them.

    Get a life

  • ey thanks work just like you said it would and after reading a little wiki it made it more simple to do thanks bfob i been looking for something like this i was about buy some software like this

  • Thanks for this, but why does the output look all the same and sound the same. I messed around putting in two audio tracks and used 'generate tone 'on Audicity to generate 200hz on one track and 182hz, 186 hz, 193 hz and 195 hz for different time periods. The tones are distinctly difference doing it this way albeit without the surf. Also what do you recommend to turn the gain down to when mixing with music and does it make a difference to the brain entrainment if it is barely audible?

  • It's not on my Audacity, how do I get the Binaural beats?

  • Binaural beat is old news, Isochornic tones is more effective.

  • are you that fucking retarded to use a calculator for 200 - 14???

  • Had a calc up and still got the math wrong.. but no one's hating... LoL

  • Great tutorial - just wondering if you know where I can find research or any documentation on the effects of different starting frequencies?

  • thank you my friend, i was looking for this for a long time. Good stuff.

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks for the tutorial !

  • problem...i set 200 hz in both ears...but i dont hear the same tone produced in both ears...one ear produces it an octave higher....????

  • Comment removed

  • whats the diffence between me and you yo nigga

  • Thank you!

  • sigh... this will probably be a little long. There are obviously a lot of people who don't understand binaural frequencies especially in relation to stereos and speakers. *cough* nitro. Speakers are what limit you, not the "stereo" which is entirely a misnomer anyways because "stereo" is a reference to the reproduction method (stereo has > 2 channels). As far as the actual wave reproduction current digital amplifiers have amazing responses. Down below 5 Hz. Its the speakers that cant do it.

  • wow...great tutorial dude...now I can create my own stuff..thanks

  • I think the calculator was just to make it extra clear what was going on.

Nice tutorial young man, downloaded it and I'm gonna try it.

  • why do you use calculator for simple mathmatic equations?

  • hes silly :P

  • There is an amazing amount of misinformation in this video. Please do not think that this will actually work, research binaurals before you let this kids method ruin them for you

  • Could you point out some specific errors he made? It's not so easy to find specific details about what considerations to have when creating binaural beats.

  • I would call this entire method an error. The best way to create binaural beats is actually using a sine generator and personally offsetting the frequency in some type of audio mixing program. The main key is to have a very slight difference in frequency between the right and left channel, but be careful because NO STEREO CAN REPRESENT UNDER 20hz ACCURATELY AND ABSOLUTELY IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM CAN THEY REPRESENT ANYTHING BELOW 5HZ!!! ITS NOT A POSSIBILITY TO ENTRAIN YOURSELF DOING THIS!!!!

  • There is a stereo that can reproduce a wave below 5Hz but its custom made for lab testing and the speaker is 34.5 inches its ridiculous but I just wanted to point that out. I have used this equipment before thats how I know it exists it is made to try and make a sine wave at 0.1 Hz. they have not done it yet but they are trying.

  • That doesnt matter. Humans can hear from 16hz to 20khz and if you send sound 200hz to your left ear and 208 to your right ear, your brain will understand is as a 8 hz frequency sound and bcs 8 hz is the sound of theta waves, your brain will tune on them. This is how it works so you dont need any super stereo:) (sry for my english).

  • yes, you have to set both frequencies within the audible hearing range for your brain to percieve the carrier

  • whats your problem?

  • i can't hear your sound, why ??

  • perfect! great!

you need a recommendation for usefull youtube videos!

  • lets choose souja boy for the bg music

  • uh you obviously cant count. 5 + 2 = 6 hahahahaha use calculator.

  • yea really hahahaaha

  • HI I just want to ask you those calculation

numbers you do to input the frecuecies please help me to understan because In the default numbers appear 3 numbers so If I want to get to certain state of mind How I do calculate that

  • it was the chair squeaking... (not gas).

But let's all stand up and give the kid a nice round of applause for trying to share his secrets with the rest of us. Put your hands together everyone for the one and only "bfob"! YEAAAA YEEEEEHA YAYYYYYYYYYY!

Thank you very much! (sho ya right!)

  • lol he needs a calc for 200-18

  • search for wat? ny....

  • nyquist

  • good vid, can't get bitone 2 to work with my mac though.

  • Can you use this program to make your sounds pan from ear to ear?

  • LOL U FARTED AT 48 SEC

  • Lol he'd probably blame it on Audacity

  • Five plus two equals six???

    Sixteen plus three equals eighteen???

  • Also, you can download "Natura Sound Therapy", set the Brainwave Synchronizer to play in the background, while having your music program open and playing, this way your listening to Binaural beats and music at the same time and you can adjust the volume of the Brainwave Generator, its the BEST program I have found, you can also choose to have special effects playing, waterfall, babbling brook, ocean, birds singing, and whatnot, definitely download that program

  • in this video there is a little bineraul background too... but probably has been converted to mp3 so you cannot hear nothing special... THIS MAN DOES NOT KNOW THAT MP3 IS COMPRESSED SO BINERAUL ARE ONLY SOUNDS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL WAVEFORM!

  • what the fuck? i didnt hear shit!

  • same wid me

  • Okay dude, i just made something with random herz etc. OMG Im scared to listen it, i jus put like 190 etc. This is sooo cool, btw whats the baddest thing that could happen?

  • Butt-naural beat at 0:48.

  • How to get sound at it's best is to save your video as a .flv.

  • wow, thats was lame

  • The beat frequency Is the difference not the other frequency.what me made is a 100+ difference in the frequency. He's all wrong.the default settings give you a perfect example of how to make it.example for theta, set left at 100 then set the BEAT FREQUENCY at 5.5 right in the middle of theta state...get it!

  • hey If you can help me with this calculation

I really dont understand the way he does shy

3 numbers and then 5.5 for example how is the

If you to put in certain state of mind

  • he needed a calculator?

  • ?????

  • did not here no music or beats

  • i hate how you keep smacking! lol

  • youtube sucks it has degraded sound information

  • I dont hear a sh!t >_>

  • good ol binaural music, the only only fruity loops project that didn't seem sac religious to digital music!

  • Hey bro I tried Your trick with this audacity but I have a Mac G5 and it does not work why.

I have LOgic 7.2 how can i use it to create it???

  • He says desktop funny xD lmao

  • your voice makes me tired. lmao

  • LOL!!!

  • Thankyou soo much. I've been wondering how to do this for a while. I'm glad there are people with this knowledge that can spread to other people. Great video.=)

  • hey thanks for the info but im having trouble getting the b.beats to open up i have a mac i dont know much about this stuff if you could help me out that would be great if not well thanks any ways!!!

  • when i generate the beat and play it i get a static-like noise that alternates between my left and right headphones, i dont get this with the beats i listen to on idoser and i was wondering if this is normal for this generation method.

  • you are one damn smart kidd. keep it up and the world is yours to help!!!

  • cant hear the beat. but thanx

  • hey,

    can't hear the music..

    but thanks anyway.
