If they come up "real short" they're not under VALID oaths, they're under PERJURED oaths, meaning they are NOT IN OFFICE, which requires a VALID OATH. They are occupying office de facto, but are not exercising it de jure. They need to be REMOVED as USURPERS and PERJURERS.
