@JOTTABYTE It is still in process lol they have 75% of it completed they are just having a small issue with the chars and also they are trying to make it the graphics of the future lol and because game graphics excel so fucking fast they cant keep up.

I'm so worried that Activision-Blizzard will WoW this game. I can almost see the setbacks.

Their money grubbing already ruined the competitive gear portion of the game, the most I can hope for is a great story.

But that will never be as good as Diablo II..

I preferred the dark style of Diablo 2 to this. It looks like WoW, and it has a more childish, cartoony feel than the original series. The first time I bought Diablo 2, it scared the hell out of me. The sinister, ominous music, the gloomy caverns and ruins, the grittiness. This looks like a gentle version designed for mass appeal. I am sure it will be great in it's own right, though; Blizzard is a great creator.

If you would say 1 yo desktop computer then the answer is yes. A 1yo laptop should be able to play it, but will most definetly produce alot of heat which eventually cause lag.

If you can play skyrim then I wouldn't worry too much about it.

The game doesn't require you to know the other two games in order two play it though, since its purely hack & slash, I suppose you can just watch "Diablo lore in a minute" to get up too date.

Diablo was from 1996 and Diablo 2 from 2000. Diablo is a roguelike RPG and Diablo 2 is a freeroam RPG.

You could replay them, their both great titles, if you can cope with their "crappy" graphics that is.

Kinda feels like this game is just an improvement of w.o.w and Rift. It has incorporated alot of attributes from both of the games. It's disappointing to be honest. I played Rift (hoping to find a fun mmorpg that wasn't w.o.w) and was burned out after only 30 lvl's. This game will be fun at first no doubt, but it will lose momentum.

Rift was an improved knockoff of w.o.w, and Diablo 3 will no doubt, have many improvements but in the end it's really just another w.o.w in 3'rd person.
