read the musnad of imam ahmad, jafar, zayd, and ali ibn abi taleb danced together in front of the Prophet sallahu 3laye wasalam after he (saws) told zayd you are my mawali, to jafar that you resemble me in physical form and character and to Ali that you are a part of me and im a part of you. the narration is authentic, Allah says in His book to remember him sitting, standing and while laying, and since dancing/jumping is mubah by qiyas it is correct to perform hadra as the sufis do
