Its pretty good for your calf muscles but I noticed the heavier you are the less resistance the air chambers offer. Also the bands broke after a month. The size is bigger than it needs to be compared to other steppers. Its not worth 99 bucks but if they sold it for 50 or less its not a bad stepper.

I have the air climber, It's kind of noisy, So i really don't use mine that often unless i have time to myself cause my family claims they can hear it, but then i was told it's really not that loud but they always know when i use it. And i hate for people to know when i am working out lol. But anyways the super 7 pump will make you sweat and it's really a good all over body workout. I'm actually gonna take the challenge starting next week, and hopefully start losing weight. :)

qvc carries this product now not HSN anymore. i got mine from QVC so far works great built good with tough plastic.

i have this product and tell you the truth if u follow a good diet use this 20 minutes a day or more, and i promise you will see a change in 10 days like i did. But remember it is hard and tough but keep the DIET do not go back. I LOVE IT

It's well made and, if you use it (!) it works. It comes with four workouts. I like #3 and #4. It has really helped me get in better shape and it's fun... as much as excercising can be.
