I would love for Shawn and/or Nastia to make the team as well, but I think the latter has left it too late. Maroney is pretty much a shoe in because of her vaulting (lovely on floor too), with Wieber and Raisman also a given, so there's only three spots left. There'll be so much pressure to win though, and as we've seen in the past, that's what makes the difference

I absolutely loved watching this on tv when it was airing live, I stayed up until 3 AM or something even though I had to work the next morning. What a great set of routines, Nastia was totally ready, had nerves of steel, and the most elegant gymnastics we've seen from an Olympic AA champion in a long time. I don't think I'd ever gotten so in to a sport competition before, the and seeing her win was certainly very gratifying!
