This video was designed to educate the basic/novice user as to potential problems by not securing their wireless network. We have a large amount of clients ranging from basic knowledge to advanced computer skills, these videos are for the basic users and they do find the information helpful. Even today some new users still use their WLAN equipment with default settings.

That may be so, but it's more likely that people use this to find out about our other services like system building, network integration, VoIP phone systems, etc. Additionally, you're assuming (all) people know how to Google the information we're providing. If they don't, and call us, we'll provide the service at a charge, just like ANY business would. If YOU knew how to change a toilet, I suppose you think all plumbers would be out of business.
