Not "still" touring; she was gone from music for a long time and has come back out recently, incl. Twisted Sister's Xmas video last Dec. The grunge thing happened because the grunge musicians were easy to use and abuse by the executives during and after the business changed away from music toward short-term money. The established and growing bands pre-1993 wouldn't take that shit like the disposable bands the labels put out since. That's why career bands now live online and do their own thing
