download fraps, then run it while playing, hit the record button. Once you get your filming done, open up the files in Windows Movie Maker, Sony Vegas or any other Editing software you have.
im going to say thats a custom paint job. i havent figured out how to load downloaded truck skins into the game but i know how to get custom downloaded rigs into the game. Just yahoo "custom trucks for 18 WoS PTTM" and look for Bulldog's Truck Shop. there are some nice rigs there. comment back for instructions on installing them into the game.

ya you have to go to smartymods. com and look for new trucks i think ther are a couple of scania there
