Listen man, you have every right to want to help people when they play a song incorrectly, but you can do it without being a whiny douche bag. This version seems to be an arrangement, for one guitar, of two guitar parts from the song. It is not what is actually played. However it is the best tutorial for this i have seen, so well done. But this is not "correct". I'm certain there is no definitive version. We get too used to album or single release versions being "the" version. And yes, you are right, it is real musical notation (tho not the "real" version) as opposed to tab...nothing wrong with tab, just a different way of writing it..

Justin, there is not really much strumming in the song. I guess you could strum the chords rather than pluck/fingerpick. Just a case of finding a strumming pattern that fits nicely. But that would not be right perhaps... ;-)
