There are 3 possibilities. Forward, backward, or parked. A bus can only "Go" 2 directions. Which would in theory eliminate parked. The way the picture is drawn, it is a physical impossiblity to decide which direction it would be traveling. The question itself doesn't make sense, because in this situation, the bus does not go at all.
