I'm sure it's open to interpretation, but I really think the lyrics are about when a girl goes from being insecure to becoming confident and realizing how beautiful and she is and her ability to achieve things. Because it says "what'll she look like when she opens her eyes and sees what she wants to see instead of this cold mirror's lies". When she says "I think I'm ready", she's saying she's ready to start living her life instead of letting her insecurities control her.
