@chadane100 in Granada and Trinidad have the strongest Jouvert Traditions in the Caribbean. Jab Jab comes from french Diable or devil. To play a Jab is to pretend to be a devil, tell crude jokes (often at other's expense) for pocket change and Jouvert is when everybody gets covered in mud or something similar (the oil was really a trini thing i think b.c they have crud oil) and takes to the streets.
