Can you help me guys my car is Renault 19 1.7 CC motor F2N carburetor SOLEX 32/34 Z13
problems is : the RPM is not (( stable ) for example its start 800 RPM then after few minutes it become 700 then it back to 800 this make the Engine noise
my Question can tuning the idle mixture fix this problem

A brake pedal lock or use a breaker bar to hold it. with ether one you also need to pray it does not slip, and stick something under the tires to help prevent it from moving in case the lock fails. just keep in mind in general its not safe to do it without someone in the vehical to manualy controll it, so take every precuation you can.
