Great post, thanks! One question though...at 5:45, What are they talking about regarding voluntary testing?

They were talking about people claiming long term incapacity benefit, which is given in the UK if you are too ill or aren't physically fit enough to work. There have been a lot of highly publicised cases of people who are perfectly able to work claiming the benfit. So one solution was that people would volunteer to be tested regularly to see if their health had improved, the idea being genuine people would be happy to be tested.
