  • the noise changes when the helicopter rises, cool video.

  • Why do the rotors look like there moving so slow?

  • It has something to do with the speed of the video camera, it captures the video to slowly, and can't keep up with the blade speed

  • Partially correct. It's the refresh rate on the video camera being set incorrectly. Think of it like the shutter speed on a still camera. If you take a still picture of a helicopter, you can either get the 'frozen blades' effect, where it looks like the blades aren't moving, or you can 'see' movement (a blur). Just needs a video camera capable of a different refresh rate. If you've ever seen a video showing a computer screen and see scrolling horizontal black bars, it's the same 'problem.'

  • don't listen do them, it was lag's! you should invest in a new graphics card, bastian92! :D

  • Wow, arguing over the manufacturer. Its All 3. Eurocopter, Bolkow, and Messerschmitt. Its now built by Bell, Augusta, Sikorsky, Lockheed Martin, Grumman, and Boeing. Its new name is the Jet Ranger 4/D-52. i KNOW, I INVENTED IT AND FLEW ALL OF THEM FOREVER.

  • u r a noob who guys have no life

  • 105's are for noobs, the MBB 110 is much better, by the way. Bolkow was only one of the reknown master of the company, lets not forget the real genius Messerschmidt! and of course blohm. Hence the name MBB.

  • lol its eurocopter ! lol -.-

  • Don't be so unfriendly, man, you are not right though.

Some time ago it was MBB who build it, but eurocopter took this firm and builds it now.

Bölkow was only the man who found it.

Look in the net the next time before you post a comment again; you even should try to be more fiendly.

  • Didn't know that, always thought that it was Messerschmitt Bölkow Blohm, since when eurocopter took over?

  • u r right,!! eurocopter just developed the version cbs 5 in 1994 but the bo 105 was developed by heinrich bölkow

  • sorry ludwig bölkow

  • @bastian92

Bölkow was part of MBB which stands for Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm

Bölkow is the man behind the engineering of the BO-105, that's correct.

But before the production of the first commercial BO-105 began the Bölkow company became part of MBB and from '92 on it's Eurocopter

  • Jet Rangers suck - R44's are the way, but a BO105, is just AWESOME

  • lol the rotors are moving really slow on my computer

  • not as nice as a jetranger starting up

  • No its not, it much better!!!!

  • oo so beautiful, just wich the frame rate was a little higher
