  • I know a guy who's family who are apart of some group that doesn't pay federal tax. Its weird but he has a card & it says he's exempt from federal tax. (His family is independantly wealthy, so that's a HUGE factor) However He & his family have been a member of this group for decades. They have a card that shows that they are expemt from federal income tax. He says: "Federal tax when it was created was to be on a voluntary basis only." lol I swear to god, it's crazy

  • The Gig is up!

  • @jasri04

Reduce this to ONE (1) five minute video, and I'll pass it on to everyone I know.

  • /watch?v=Xye19SUKSjo&feature=related#t=5m4s

This guy explains it in just a few minutes.

Theft by Deception - nice name, but crappy narrating style.

  • "Specific sources..." This is where the meat is at: 3:10-3:50

  • Again, what is the specific LEGAL source for domestic compensation that can be taxed? I have not seen it yet. Should law be so vague? I dont think so. If an every day Joe/Jane is hit with all this would he/she bother to see what is the MATTER? Law is a play on words and in this case the words form circles thus far.

  • Well, I do believe that if the law can be interpreted in more than one way, it falls in favor of the individual rather than the court.

  • @screamosux the great thing about the law is that almost all words are defined in the book, making things like this very rare. If people chose to read the tax law correctly, they would understand how ridiculous it is. You cannot read the law and just assume you understand what all the vocab means because it is often much different than first thought.

  • Compensation for labor or services, paid in the form of wages or salary, has been universally held by the courts of this republic to be income, subject to the income tax laws currently applicable. . . . [Taxpayer] seems to have been inspired by various tax protesting groups across the land who postulate weird and illogical theories of tax avoidance all to the detriment of the common weal [sic] and of themselves. United States v. Romero, 640 F.2d 1014, 1016 (9th Cir. 1981).

  • What is done with the federal tax that is collected? Don't you want to know? What if YOU don't agree with where it is going? What if many people don't agree?

  • In 2007 individual income tax was $1.1 trillion, or 43.9% of federal income, uncollected tax was estimated at $345 billion. I guess the report has been out dated, huh?

    The largest expenses were:

    $586.1 billion - Social Security

    $548.8 billion - Defense

    $394.5 billion - Medicare

$294.0 billion - Unemployment and welfare

$276.4 billion - Medicaid and other health related

$243.7 billion - Interest on debt

  • Give me your source. How could you post such without citing it.

  • ^ The President's Budget of the United States Government, FY 1996 -- present

  • @Arachnidia you act like the tax law of the us is some secret book lol. He source is the freaking law book used to throw us in jail and he is READING it. What a concept.

  • "What if YOU don't agree with where it is going?"

Then don't pay them, just be ready for jail.

If you want them to change then vote for the right people.

  • I don't pay them and I don't vote. There are no RIGHT people to vote for as the elected officials work for the lobbyists. People work for people.

  • Even a casual reading of section 861 and its regulations makes it clear that the statute and regulations were enacted to deal with the problems of calculating the taxable incomes of nonresident aliens, or for dealing with special provisions for taxpayers with incomes from sources outside of the United States

  • yyyeeesss

  • How to Keep 100% of Your Earnings on video.google explains how to make use of this. Most countries don't get such legal loopholes. Wish I was American! (nah, just kidding!)
