@stojnic2003 you shouldn't have this problem if you have no internet at your house. if you do but have no ethernet then use a usb ethernet adapter or a usb wifi card
any way to get the wireless driver working without a wired connection? such as downloading the driver from another computer (or from another os on the laptop that has wireless working) and install it somehow thorugh linux mint? a wired connection is a bit of a inconvenience for me.
@Scotsman707 on mint you can use a built in program called windows driver install or something like that. if you have the .inf file for the driver it will work

Most people making a connection it means the only connection is wireless .
