  • good vid dude im down with nintendo

  • Im slightly disappointed but i think its a smart move by sony if they dont release a new system yet. If they release a system after the peak of the next race they wont have as much competition when their system comes out.

  • If they do come out with a ps4 I think they should wait awhile thats what I think cause I probally wont make as much sells as the ps3 alot of ppl said they wont waist there money on it

  • As you said, I don't think Sony will launch another console for the next few years. First of all, one of the big reasons is that PSVita is attached to the PS3 because of its connectivity and Remote Play, I mean that they made a new product which opens another door to the PS3. Another reason is that they are not in a hurry, computer sellings have decreased last year because of the tablets, smartphones or whichever device that carries almost the same features as a PC and several other reasons.

  • @maneo12 Pretty much my line of thinking, they have Playstation Move and PS Vita that they can still use on PS3 so the fact that they wouldn't want to make a new system is understandable, but probably depressing for the big Sony fans.

  • @64supermarioreturns Right. The problem is that they think that this is the PS2, which had a 10 year life and a master in the market. They didn't present any innovations, except for graphics, multimedia interface and SIXAXIS. PlayStation Move was a very good copy of the Nintendo Wii motion controler, but it was unsuccessful because the consumer didn't ask for it. Sony should be one move ahead and think for once in the consumer. What is what they want? Graphics? New ways of playing? Connectivity?

  • @64supermarioreturns Sorry for my bad spelling

  • @maneo12 When talking about Wii U, I consider Nintendo needed to announce it to increase sells. Although Nintendo Wii sold a lot of consoles over the past few years, it lacked of power, which in 2006 was not so important, but now the market has become more demanding, so they are trying to keep up to the PS3 and Xbox graphics "level". As rumors said, Microsoft was planning to announce the new Xbox in the CES, although they didn't show anything about it, which is fair enough, because it's not E3.

  • @maneo12 Kinect isn't being used as it should be. I mean, they could approach all the hardcore fans and make some good use of that system. I think it was a very good idea, but they don't know how to reach the fans, they're just trying to expand their consoles to the public, which would all conclude in: Companies want their consoles "mainstreamed"
