I started watching vlogbrothers summer of 2009. I'd seen the Accio Deathly Hallows when Harry Potter Book 7 came out because of some kind of Harry Potter promotion page on youtube. But, I didn't really get hooked on vlogbrothers until "This isn't Hogwarts" came out and got bumped into my top rated box. Still don't make videos.

I started watching Brotherhood 2.0 around August of 2007. I watched them on the original Brotherhood 2.0 website as opposed to Youtube. I had gone to Youtube before, but that was just to watch Whose Line. Then, Hank was talking about the secret Project for Awesome and he mentioned that you needed to have a Youtube account to participate. So, I got one. And I never regretted it. I still don't make videos, though.

I read Harry Potter in 2007 when my friend dragged me to the release of Deathly Hallows and I kind of fell in love with the whole idea of so many people getting so much out of this one book. I was told to watch some cat video one day while I was in the middle of reading Goblet of Fire and YouTubed "harry potter" I found the Black Sisters then 5AG. I kept finding books with Nerdfighter notes later that year and got hooked on vlogbrothers and that crowd then PotterCast then YOU. :)

Basically I started on April 14th, 2008 on my channel DefineTheTwilight, because I found Hayley's (hayleyghoover) videos, which lead me to the fiveawesomegirls (and branched to the other four girls) which then lead me to vlogbrothers, and I kind of became hooked, and bought a good webcam to start making videos with XD

My sub count has always been low though, sadly. I have 30 subs on DefineTheTwilight, and barely any of them came with me to this channel, where I have 19 I think right now.

i started actually putting up videos last year when some of my family couldn't go to my sister's concert

I am trying to do somewhat weekly videos but haven't been able to for 2 months and won't be able to over the summer school has gotten to be too much this semester and at home i have crappy internet where i can only upload between the hours of 12 am and 3 am

I'm sort of just starting on the other channel that I made and I have all of these ideas but then I get so nervous because I know that someone at my school is going to see it and send it to everyone and I don't know if I could take it.

But I want to be apart of YouTube so bad because I think if you find the right youtubers it can be like a community and I think that would be awesome so I'm going to suck it up and say: if they see it they see it. who cares.
