Get a gatherer then go and buy a seed, place it close to the gatherer BUT DONT PAY FOR IT(ie. dont press Y) she will then pick up the seed, give you money for nothing.

Ounce you get the Rashberry and the Swannana the house will appear at Willy's. Also, no, you can not cross breed any other pinatas in Viva Pinata, but, you might be able to in TIP.

It's a game for everyone really, 'cus kids can play it just for the cute animals and colours, but it's a real strategy game to get all the piñatas.
