every time i watch these videos i find out that americans have a really bad sense of taste in general. even amateur cook wouldn't make such a horrifying food in any other countries. But she claims to be professional. Seriously speaking, USA is probably the only country where she can claim to be a professional cook.

Dear Rosalie, your recipe seems very interesting but I have 2 questions:
1- Are the broccoli and the mushrooms cooked through when serving?
2- Is this supposed to be an Italian recipe? Because I am Italian and I have never seen anything like that before.
