These engines were not user friendly..did not like mountains..best for use in flat lands like Texas..had to run em wide open or they wouldn't last very long...they did NOT work in the Rocky Mountains at all..

@palamco99 Well it actually depends on the state. Some are lax, but most are pretty strict. Most likely this is classified as a custom car and I can assure you has been tested thoroughly buy a licensed inspector. Either that or this is a trailer queen which is only driven around parking lots, which is perfectly legal. The fact that there is no plate probably does mean that it is a trailer queen.

What people need to understand is that a two stroke diesel won't run without a supercharger. The induction and exhaust system has to work purely on scavenging manifold pressure.
