@shivrajvishnu I have seen the tape, it does not look faked. However if we are to be real Yogis then surely we must practice compassion towards this man? The mind moves in waves and cycles, and the senses are very hard to control. Responding with violence and hatred does you no favours for your own practice.

There is no doubt one can attain enlightenment by practicing the technique of placing one's awareness in the space between the breath; But you need Brahmacharya to become established in that practice. The technique is like a key to open the door (presumably to your psyche). After you open the door, you have to clean all the junk inside. That's why you need Brahmacharyam - to purify your inner space or to dissolve the impressions inside.

I think there is another video in English where he answers a similar question.

As far as I recall his reply to a question "Is celibacy necessary for God-realization" was:

It is not a prerequisite, if it happens it is okay,if not do not worry about it. Some very realized saints were non-celibates eg. Krishna. Celibacy might just happen in some people's lives as a result of their seeking, but one should not force oneself to do it as that would introduce another kind of bondage"

Swamiji tells "Bramachariyam is the very essential tool to realize ur self. It will make ur nervous and other system very subtle. So that you can experience the awareness between your thoughts. To experience this, bramachariyam is must. All the yoga techniques which are given in Shiva Sutra is just like a Master Key. But once you get the key or technique, you have to open your inner room to clean all your samskaras/mind impressions. For that you need bramachariyam." This is the essence.
