@Navitrolla Happened to me when learning Spanish. English is my first language, but I'd much rather learn Italian, Japanese, German, etc. Spanish was super-easy, but the schools in my town forced us to learn Spanish. The whole world doesn't revolve around Hispanics and Latinos.

@sickgirl31 Actually, French and Russian are similar in a way, plus, there was a period during which, Russians were big fans of French (means they borrowed some things from that language). So if you want to learn the language then just give it a go!

@sickgirl31 All languages are hard to learn, it just depends on your attitude towards learning it :) Trust me, I speak French, Russian and English, and I'm trying to learn a language that I believe is hard but I'm approaching it with a good attitude and it's going well :D So don't be afraid, if you want to then you should at least try it out! Although maybe you've already done it, or maybe you've given up because my reply is about 3 years late huh? :P
